My name is Lelane
I am an english speaking South African, grew up on the South Coast and now live on the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal.
I have practised many hobbies throughout my lifetime, but none as satisfying and rewarding as drawing/sketching/painting and wood carving. The latter I gave up years ago unfortunately as it is just too time consuming.
I remember my first pencil sketch I drew of a man riding an ostrich. My father took it to work and someone else took it home… that was a real boost for a six year old!
I will be having an exhibition held locally shortly, toward the second quarter of this year. Will update with news thereof.
