Lorna Bradfield - South African Artist - Oil, Acrylic, Mixed Paints, Etching and Pastels

Lorna Bradfield is a retired farmers wife, now living with her husband in Port Alfred.

 

Although having no formal training Lorna's art has developed over the past 20 years and   

is influenced by the dramatic vibrant colours of Africa. She loves to paint Eastern Cape scenes in a carefree style that discribes the passion she feels for the landscape of the region and for the Transkei coast.

 

Lorna is part owner of a small gallery in the new Rosehill Mall in Port Afred where she has done remarkable well in selling her art to locals and tourists and has painted many commissions of her garden scenes and her hogsback cottages and walks that instill peace and tranquility in the viewer.
