South African Art Gallery - Warren Sieberts Modern & Contemporary Art

Warren Sieberts Modern & Contemporary Art was formally opened in August 2002 with the landmark exhibition States of Emergence which investigated artists who used their works as a vehicle for political and social comment from 1960 to 1990.The gallery deals predominantly in Black Pioneers of South African Art including including pivotal artist like Sekoto, Bhengu, Pemba, Mohl, Mgundlandlu, Dumile, Motau, Ngatane and Sihlali.

Warren Sieberts Modern & Contemporary Art represents five contemporary artists: Jo Ractliffe, Konrad Welz, Stefanus Rademeyer, Gerhard Marx and Sabelo Mlangeni.
