Anthony DiLorenzo was born in 1956 in northern New Jersey, where he still resides on his horse farm.He started painting as a young child in his fathers art studio.His father, Salvadore, a commercial artist, was his first true artistic influence.Anthony studied at the School of Viual Arts, in New York City.He also studied painting under Gilbert Stone, his mentor,an award winning illustrator in NYC. Anthonys paintings have been featured on numerous postage stamps throughout Africa, the Carribean, and the West Indies.
